CleverNájem, a company specializing in guaranteed rental management, relied on an existing, limited software tool that actively restricted its high-growth business model. This off-the-shelf system could not handle the complexity of their workflow, which includes detailed contract preparation, specific property handover (předání nemovitostí) logs, and specialized client acquisition (akvizice) strategies. The lack of customization led to fragmented data and high error rates. The core challenge was to design a custom, complex CMS that could digitalize the entire, specialized property workflow.

We designed and delivered a complex, custom Content Management System (CMS) that replaced the limiting old tool and transformed CleverNájem's operations. The new system digitized all processes, providing a single source for property data, communication, and client interactions, leading to significant gains in efficiency and reduced manual errors.
